These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Waitlez platform, a product of HanviTec Solutions. By using or subscribing to the platform, you agree to comply with all the following terms.

1. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform strictly for lawful and restaurant-related operations.
• Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities.
• Do not interfere with or harm the performance, security, or integrity of the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• Keep your menu, pricing, and restaurant data accurate and updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

• All subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of your access.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

• You own the data you upload (e.g., menus, tables, orders).
• We will not sell or misuse your data. It will only be used to improve our services or as required by law.
• Anonymized data may be used for analytics and insights.

5. Platform Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, temporary downtimes may occur for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim for best-in-class performance.

6. Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, or suspicious activities.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. All changes will be communicated via dashboard alerts or email. Continued use after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
